We can’t believe the Elijah online Bible study experience with Priscilla Shirer starts in just a few days! For those of you who are already joining us, we can’t wait to study alongside you. Since announcing this new type of online Bible study experience, we’ve gotten some amazing questions from you all, so we wanted to take a moment to answer some of the most frequently asked questions for you below!
What’s Different About This Online Bible Study Experience?

What Type of Bonus Content Can We Expect?
We’re so excited to offer some exclusive video content for those joining the online Bible study! This will include some fun behind-the-scenes extras (like Priscilla’s suggestions for studying God’s Word, why she wrote the Elijah study, a special introduction to the study, and more), which you can watch as soon as you’ve signed up on the online Bible study site. Each week before the session video posts, we’ll also be posting short videos from Priscilla with some encouragement and suggestions for your week of study ahead.
I Heard There’s a Special Instagram Account for the Elijah Online Bible Study. How Does That Tie in With Everything Else?
Yes! In addition to the opportunity to discuss the teaching videos with thousands of women on the online Bible study site each week, there is also an Instagram where Priscilla will be going live throughout our study together! Be sure you’re following @elijahonlinebiblestudy to hear encouragement from Priscilla and for quotes, verses, and questions from the study you can share with others!
What Do I Need to Do Before February 16?
- Be sure to go ahead and register, especially if you’re wanting to purchase the bundle that includes the print Bible study book. If you’re still waiting on your Bible study book, you can view the first week of study here!
- Be sure to follow @elijahonlinebiblestudy on Instagram to see Priscilla go live throughout our study!
- Go ahead and sign in at https://onlinestudy.lifeway.com/v/ElijahOBS and watch “Introduction to the Elijah Online Bible Study.”
- You’ll also want to watch the “Pre-Session 1” video before we jump into Session 1 on February 16. We’ll make the pre-session bonus videos available on Sundays before each session, so be on the lookout for more coming once our study starts!
That’s it! On February 16, we’ll watch the Session 1 video together and discuss. The session 1 video will go live at midnight CT, so you’re welcome to jump in whenever is most convenient for you! Then, you’ll do your Week 1 homework from the Bible study book before we meet again.
