In 2021, we’re sharing a monthly chronological Bible reading plan that will help us grow and understand how the Bible fits together. We wanted to go ahead and provide the December reading plan so you can print it out and have it ready for the first day of the month!
The story of Scripture continues to unfold as we read about the arrival of God’s true King. This month we will read of Jesus’ arrival, life, and ministry both in word and in deed as we read multiple accounts from the Gospels. We will see God’s true King manifest His kingdom through miracles, parables, and Jesus’ commissioning to multiply His ministry by sending them out. As you read, notice how Jesus’ miracles continue to confirm the truthfulness of His message.
Keep your heart soft and open to the Lord as you listen to the Gospel stories throughout this month. Meditate on the amazing fact that God became a human in Jesus Christ, entering the world and dwelling with us.
